We provide a personalized plan and price quote. At this stage, we will also share our payment methods and cancellation policy.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 6 days before start: 20%

  • 5-4 days before: 30%

  • 3-2 days before: 50%

  • 1 day before: 75%

  • Day of tour: 100%

Official Booking

Once you decide to proceed, we will require the following:

• Passport names and numbers.

• Flight details (Airline, Airport, Time).

• Pick-up/Drop-off locations (Hotel names).

• Emergency contact information.

Preparation

We secure your private transport, accommodations, and guides.

Final Itinerary & Invoice

Sent approximately one week before your arrival.

Payment

Payment is requested in Cash (Euro or Dirham) on the first day of the tour. Bank transfers are possible upon request (additional transaction fees apply).

Tour Budget & Benefits

• Private Vehicle: Approximately 200 EUR per day per vehicle. The cost becomes more economical when shared among a family or group. Prices may vary during peak seasons (New Year, Easter) or for short-duration trips.

• Flexibility: Unlike buses or trains, our private tours allow you to stop whenever and wherever you like.

• Comfort: Ideal for families and women travelers—we ensure clean restroom breaks and flexible meal times.

• Quality Stay: We introduce only clean Riads and desert tents equipped with hot showers, private toilets, and air conditioning/heating.
